Our technical team identified the component that is causing the performance issues. Changes have been applied to the infrastructure that show good result in improving reponse times of the Pricemoov portal.

We are monitoring the system closely to make sure performance of the Portal remains optimal.

Investigating

All Pricemoov customers are impacted by degraded performance on the Pricemoov portal when viewing pricelist contents. Pricelist loading times are much higher than usual, and filtering functionalities are impacted too. Other Pricemoov systems such as data ingestion pipelines, automated price calculation and price exports through API or FTP are not impacted.

Our technical team is still working on identifying the exact cause of the issue.
