Status: Resolved
Incident Date: February 17, 2026
Incident Duration: 11:22 CET – 11:35 CET

Summary
Between 11:22 CET and 11:35 CET, backend services experienced temporary unavailability due to an infrastructure configuration change that impacted service capacity.

Impact
During this period, customers may have experienced errors or failed requests when accessing backend-dependent services. No data loss or security issues occurred.

Root Cause
The incident was caused by an infrastructure update that unintentionally replaced backend compute capacity simultaneously instead of progressively, resulting in a temporary reduction of available service resources.

Resolution

Prevention
We have strengthened our deployment safeguards and improved infrastructure rollout procedures to ensure changes are applied progressively and safely. Additional validation and monitoring controls have also been implemented.
